Human rights guarantee the fundamental right of the people. The most common fundamental rights are – Right to equality, Right to freedom or liberty, Right to press and publication, Right to criminal justice, Right against preventive detention, Right against exile, Right against exploitation, Right to property, Right to information, Right to religion, Right to culture and education, Right to privacy and Right to constitutional remedy.

the aim of democracy in politicsThe art of managing the society, i.e. the government, has a long history of evolution and its present form, as we know it by the name of democracy, has yet to evolve further until it takes root in matters that concern our globe. Many societies or countries adopted democratized system to run their affairs producing harmony in their societies, which ultimately led to their historically remarkable progress.

Technological and scientific advances have led to an unprecedented shrinking of our world and, in the process, new and challenging global issues have come into being. What we have understood and applied so far in national perspectives should be further evolved and applied in the global perspective too, to resolve such issues and other conflicts. Public attitude raised its ugly head, as polls remained disgustingly light, despite record unemployment, foreclosure lists long enough to reach the Whitehouse from Billingham, WA, and CEOs waddling in untold fortunes.
